Public Auction: 
Action for partition of real property brought to public auction. Successful bidder attempted to vacate approved sale.  Court ordered the successful bidder ordered to either perform its obligaitons or forefeit deposit the of $197,500.00 (Larson v Miller - v Mahler Realty Advisors, CV-07-5005171 s)

Mechanic Lien:
